Heating Maintenance

The heating side of your air conditioning system needs routine maintenance too!  Our annual inspection of your heating system, included in your membership, will make sure your system is in top shape and will perform safely during the heating season.  Your heating check-up will include:

  • Clean and adjust thermostat
  • Check and tighten loose connections
  • Test flue pipe and draft
  • Inspect heat exchanger and burners
  • Test furnace cycle
  • Test blower components
  • Test safety controls
  • Adjust gas pressure
  • Check and adjust pilot operation
  • Monitor voltage and amperage draw
  • Examine Gas Line for Leaks
  • Inspect heat element (electric heat)
