Plumbing Inspection

Included in your yearly membership is an annual plumbing inspection.  Many plumbing issues can be prevented by having your plumbing system professionaly checked each year.  Your annual inspection includes:

  • All drain lines under sinks
  • Inspect and adjust all faucets
  • Inspect water heater for proper operation
  • Monitor and adjust toilet flush
  • Inspect all tub and shower drains
  • Garbage disposal
  • Inspect/locate sewer line access
  • Check all water suplies under sinks
  • Inspect all outside faucets for leaks
  • Examine gas line for leaks
